The NAC (wijkoverleg) plays an active role. It publishes a newspaper, the “Statenkoerier “, four times a year. The paper includes an English page directed toward the large expat community in the neighborhood. The NAC has regular meetings where residents can express their concerns and discuss items of interest. The local bulletin board - by the tram stop at the corner of Frederik Hendriklaan and Statenlaan – will keep you informed about meeting times.

The NAC has a community center - De Sierkan - located at Antonie Heinsiusstraat 3 (across from the Gemeentemuseum). The facility can be rented for a variety of activities : receptions, lessons, meetings, etc. Contact : Mr. Maarten Walraven at 070-355 2643.
